The 98482 is the complete solution for the garage and work shop for cleaning vehicles, work stations and dust collection from power tools in a compact easy to access package. The 98482 compliments your home shop vacuum, commercial vacuum, or garage vacuum expanding on the benefits they offer. The compact design and 33 foot commercial vacuum hose makes it an ideal solution for mobile detailing operations. The five foot reel to vacuum connecting hose comes with all the adapters necessary to make a quick connection.
The 7" X 7" heavy duty steel horizontal mounting platform mounts to the wall to hold the reel in a horizontal plane out from the wall. This presentation allows the reel to track the user by swiveling to the work. Allow a rectangular space 24" wide by 15" high against the wall for the reel system to pivot as necessary to the work. Mounted on the horizontal platform the reel will extend 20" out from the wall. This design is ideal for working across two or three bays of the garage or shop from a single placement.
To clean floors a 360 degree swivel chrome steel curved end fits to a ratchet telescopic wand and from there down to a 14" wide natural fill floor brush for quick and safe clean up in large spaces. The floor brush has a window cut to prevent pushing the dirt in front of the brush instead allowing airflow across the face for more effective cleaning.
A full compliment of accessories are included including a four piece dusting tool, crevice tool, upholstery tool, and upholstery tool brush. A soft grip claw tool works much like those found in professional carwashes for cleaning the floor carpets and trunk of the car. A 20" long paddle crevice with soft grip handle is ideal for accessing the tight space between the console and the seats. into crevices around the shop, or the small spaces between the car door and seats. A five" swivel wand is also provided that can replace the metal curved end when tight spaces restrict access or there is concern about a metal wand that might damage the vehicles paint.
Replacing the curved end with the Quick Click collar allows you to utilize the four soft TPE adapters to make a connection to the dust shrouds on power tools. The four adapters 0.75"; 1"; 1.25"; and 1.5" are those most common to power tool dust shroud connections. Source capturing the dust is safer for you and reduces shop clean up later.
An oversized zippered mesh bag holds all the tools and makes it easy to identify them when needed.
