A complete central vacuum accessory solution for cleaning carpeted surfaces, hard floor surfaces, area rugs, and above the floor surfaces. The solutions includes the CT25 a 14" wide premium electric power nozzle with a one of a kind self adjusting airflow feature, a 1.375" X 35 foot crush proof total control hose designed for use with central vacuums installed with direct connect wall inlets, an integrated telescopic electric wand to connect hose to the power nozzle, a full compliment of accessories for cleaning hard floor surfaces, area rugs, and above the floor surfaces.  The direct connect designation indicates the hose is designed for use with central vacuum that have inlet valves designed to provide both low volt and 120V power when the hose end is inserted. This can be identified by two electrical pings projecting from the wall end of the hose that engage the 120V recessed plug on the face of the inlet.

• A life time belt powers the agitator and is designed to reduce vibration and noise.
• The 1.375" X 35 foot crush proof total control hose optimizes the airflow to the point of contact with the surface being cleaned. 
• Total control indicates you can operate the vacuum alone or the vacuum and power nozzle at the same time through a three position switch in the hose handle. 
• A fully integrated telescopic power wand connects hose to the CT25 power nozzle. The wand length can be adjusted with one hand to match your ideal length for comfortable use. 
• A full compliment of cleaning accessories are included. A second wand set for hard floor surfaces. A nozzle designed to move without adjustment across hard floors, area rugs, and carpeted surfaces aiding quick clean-ups. A premium dusting tool, crevice tool, and upholstery tool are provided that can be used with both wand sets or connected directly to the hose handle.

Does the type of carpets I have in my home influence what power nozzle I should use? 

Yes. The introduction of micro-fiber deep pile self carpets with a sealed backing to prevent liquid spills from reaching under laying the carpet can reduce airflow and effective cleaning. This is fully compounded by the introduction of carpet padding with a sealed upper surface. Together they prevent airflow through the carpet fibers reducing cleaning effectiveness. The CT25 has a unique one of a kind self adjusting air relief feature which insures the airflow needed to provide effective cleaning is provided when one or both of these conditions are present. 

Many homes feature a range of carpet surfaces. Wall to wall, deep pile in the bedroom, low pile in the family room, and area rugs over hard surfaces. Compatibility:

This solution is designed for use with central vacuums that were installed with direct connect inlets. There were two major brands of these direct connect inlets sold with central vacuums. This solution is compatible with both of these inlet brands. Regardless of the brand of central vacuum you may have the inlet being direct connect is the deciding feature for suitability of this solution.
