Overview:

A complete central vacuum electric power nozzle accessory solution for carpet and hard floor cleaning  in both domestic and commercial properties. The solution includes the fully featured 14" wide premium CT25 electric power nozzle with self adjusting airflow, a 1.375" X 35 foot universal total control crush proof vacuum hose, aan integrated telescopic power wand that connects hose to power nozzle, and a full compliment of accessories for vacuuming hard floor, area rugs, and above the floor surfaces. Universal indicates the hose has an 8 foot power cord which connects from the hose end to standard 120V wall outlets in the home to provide the power for the CT25 electric power nozzle.

Features and benefits:

  • The CT25 is a 14" wde 120V electric power nozzle with premium features including 4 position height adjustment to match carpet conditions, a unique double swivel neck to make it easier to control movement around furnishings, a one of a kind airflow regulator to make it the ideal solution for high pile soft carpets laid over sealed carpet padding.
  • The CT25 airflow regulator self adjusts to insure airflow to capture debris into the air stream where it is carried away to the central vacuums collection bin.
  • The airflow is distributed evenly across the full width of the power nozzles chevron agitator which pulls debris from both sides of the nozzle to the center for more effective cleaning.
  • The four position height adjustment allows you to adjust the nozzle to match carpet conditions. X-Low for low pile to X-High for carpets with the deepest pile laid over thick carpet padding. This insures more effective cleaning, better carpet grooming helping to maintain carpet appearance.
  • The 1.375" X 35 foot universal crush proof electric hose permits you to operate the vacuum alone on hard floors and the vacuum and power nozzle both when cleaning carpeted surfaces through a three position switch in the hose handle.
  • A 1.375" inner diameter hose optimizes the air flow of the vacuum where you need it at the point where the cleaning accessory meets the surface being cleaned.
  • A fully integrated telescopic electric wand connects the hose to the power nozzle. Telescopic allows you to adjust the wand length with a single hand to the length desired for comfortable use.
  • A full compliment of cleaning accessories are provided. A second set of wands for hard floor surfaces, a multi-surface cleaning nozzle, dusting tool, crevice tool, and upholstery tool.
  • A hose hanger and carry bag for accessories is provided to aid in storing the set when not in use.

Common question:

Do carpet conditions influence what type of power nozzle I should select for my central vacuum.

Yes.  The introduction of micro-fiber dense soft carpets with sealed backing intended to prevent a liquid spill from reaching the padding laid below the carpet can restrict airflow into the nozzle. Padding below the carpet is now often sealed across the upper surface to again resist liquid spills. Combined they can create a sealed surface and significantly restrict airflow over the nozzle reducing cleaning effectiveness. THE CT25 was designed to address these new developments. A louver opens automatically should a seal occur distributing airflow over the agitator to capture debris where it can be carried back to the vacuum.

Compatibility:

The universal designation helps to insure the system works with all industry common central vacuum brands. The most common central vacuum inlets have two low voltage contract points designed to make contact with the hose end for control of the on off of the central vacuum. With the hose end installed into the inlet the 8 foot power cord can reach to any available 120V standard wall outlet to provide the 120V power necessary to run the CT25 power nozzle. This solution will work with direct connect inlet valves equally as well.
