The Quick Click separator with five gallon collection bin is designed to mount to the wall of your garage, shop, or work space, clearing valuable floor or shelf space. a 30 foot crush proof premium 1.25" X 30 foot hose extends from separator with connections for source capture of dust from your power tools or for general shop clean-up including floors. A 1.5" X 6 foot commercial grade hose with related adapters makes it easy to connect your separator to your vacuum.
The Quick Click separator is designed to provide superior separation, capturing 99% of dirt and debris including very fine dust. By preventing the debris from reaching your vacuum you extend the life of your vacuum motor, filters and dust bags, saving you money over time by not having to replace them as often. The Quick Click separator features curved surfaces and a wider diameter to smooth the air stream leading to less turbulence and more efficient cyclonic separation. The separator is designed for both dry and wet capture of debris making it ideal for work spaces, your garage, or a flooded basement. The inlet and outlet from the separator is designed to accept the 2.25" male connector typical of home shop vacuum. Using the connector hose to the vacuum allows you to use the hose that was provided with your vacuum in the tangential inlet allowing you to use the accessories that were provided with your vacuum.
The five gallon heavy duty high density polyethylene pail has a threaded ratcheting lid with sealed gasket to ensure years of reliable service. The wall hanging system of hook and under bin support holds up to 100 pounds of debris parallel to the wall so the separator and lid can be taken from the bin while still mounted to the wall. The ratchet system ensures the bin stays closed until the release lever is pulled.

A 1.25" X 30 foot commercial grade crush proof vacuum hose and seven piece Quick Click adapter set allows you to source capture dust from a wide range of power tools equipped with a dust collection shroud using the 0.75", 1", 1.25", and two 1.5" thermos plastic rubber connectors. The connectors are molded in a soft material and feature internal rings that will flatten to permit use on dust shrouds up to 15% larger that the indicated diameters. A fume and dust adapter is ideal for use around tools where a dust shroud is not present or with smaller hand tools like a dremel pulling away the dust as it is created. This adapter is ideal for craft work where fine dust is generated keeping the work surface and tool clean of accumulating dust.
A seventh adapter features a short flexible hose connection to a 360 degree curved end with air relief. This adapter permits the use of the articulated dusting tool, upholstery tool with brush strip, and crevice tool for work space clean-up or vacuuming your vehicles. Two 19" metal wands with nylon collars for positive connection and a 12" natural fill floor brush extend the use of the 30 foot hose for cleaning floor surfaces in garage or workshop.
A mesh caddie is included to store and transport all components when not in use. The mesh material allows the right tool to be identified through the bag for quick selection.
