Separator Guide: Having trouble figuring out which separator kit to buy? We’ve set up a simple recommendation guide below. If you are still having trouble figuring out what you need feel free to call us and we’ll help you get what you need.
I'll Do It Myself: If you already have 2 vacuum hoses with 1.5” adapters and a bucket with a lid, then you probably just need the separator. If you’re into DIY you’ll have to cut a circular hole in the lid of your bucket. The separator comes with nuts, bolts and a gasket to attach it to your bucket lid.
Get The Bucket: If you already have 2 vacuum hoses with 1.5” hose ends we recommend the separator and bucket combo. The separator comes preinstalled onto the bucket lid so it’s ready to go right out of the box. Two adapters are included that connect to the separator ports and to your 1.5” vacuum hose ends.
Keep It Off The Floor: Is space at a high demand? We recommend our separator and bucket with a wall hung hook and under bin support that can hold up to 50 lbs. A 1.5" diameter hose and adapters are included to connect your vacuum to the separator. Everything needed to mount the hook and support are included.
Heavy Duty: If you’re expecting heavy use of the separator we recommend getting the 12 gallon bucket and separator combo. The larger bucket is more stable and reduces the number of times you need to empty the bucket. An air relief comes installed to reduce sealed suction and prevent the bucket from collapsing.
Power Tool Ready: If you’re going to use the separator with your power tools we recommend the Quick Click separator, hose and adapter kit. A preinstalled bucket, long and flexible vacuum hose, and adapters to fit most power tools makes this kit a popular pick. Hook up your vacuum to the separator and this kit will take care of the rest.
Always On The Move: Constantly moving from tool to tool, table to table while you’re working? The separator kit including a bucket and dolly is our recommendation. The separator will roll and follow you as you work. The Quick Click power tool adapters allows you to quickly switch from tool to tool. All you need from the vacuum port to the power tool.
