Overview:

A complete solution for vacuuming dry wall and plaster dust from ceilings and walls in new and remodel construction in preparation for painting and finishing work.  The solution in comprised of three 1.50" ratchet telescopic poles, a 1.50" X 18" straight adaptor wand, and a 1.50" X 24" 45 degree adaptor wand, a 8" Sidewinder scalloped felt cleaning nozzle and a 15" Sidewinder scalloped felt cleaning nozzle. The four pole solution will allow vacuuming of ceilings and walls to a height of 22 feet standing comfortably and safely on the floor. 

Features and benefits:

• A 1.50" ratchet telescopic base pole and two ratchet telescopic extension pols connect from a 1.50" hose end to a 1.50" straight adaptor wand designed for vacuuming dry wall and plaster dust from ceilings and a 1.50" 45 degree adaptor wand for vacuuming walls. 
• The ratchet extension wands adjust in length at 1" intervals from 48" fully compressed to 60" fully extended. Each wand has a positive button locking system to insure against unintended separation.  Selecting one, two or three of these wands allows cleaning of ceilings and walls at differing heights from floor level to 22 feet. 
• Two 1.50" adaptor wands, one straight and one at 45 degrees fit to the top pole in the extension pole system and feature a high impact compression coupling to securely lock the 8" or 15" scalloped Sidewinder felt vacuum tool used to capture dry wall and plaster dust using a vacuum. 
• The pivoting neck of the Sidewinder tools allows the tool to find the surface and pivot to remain parallel as the tools moves across the ceiling or wall. 
• The scalloped felt blade of the 8" and 15" Sidewinder tools are static neutral helping to release dry wall or plaster dust from the wall which may adhere to to a low level static charge associated with dust left from sanding. 
• The heavy felt blade moves flat across the ceiling or wall to release dry plaster debris and optimize cleaning of the surface.  The scallop feature insures the airflow needed to carry the collected dust to the vacuum is maintained. 
• Sidewinders move in a mopping motion not in the traditional push pull increasing the surface area coved in a pass for faster clean-up. The sidewinder tool can be turned to clean corners where wall meets the ceiling or wall meet the wall locations where excess dust can collect from sanding. 
• Vacuuming the dust rather than traditional methods of wiping it to the floor reduces the fine air borne particulate that represents a health hazard to the contractor. 
• Vacuuming the surface captures the dust where it is dramatically reducing clean up of dust commonly pushed to the floor. 
• Work first the ceiling and then the walls from top to bottom to improve results. 

Compatibility: 

Compatible with commercial wet-dry vacuums, commercial dry vacuums, dust collection vacuums, and commercial back pack vacuums equipped with a hose terminating with a 1.50" inside diameter hose end. Given the health risks associated with fine dry wall or plaster dust we recommend the use of a dust separator in advance of a vacuum with HEPA filtration.
