Overview:

A 1.50" X 50 foot static dissipative crush proof plastic hose with superior dissipative properties. The hose provides surface resistivity ( Ohm / sqr ) of <10^6th. and a resistance of 1 meter of hose ( mega ohm/m ) < 0.1. The hose is produced using a conductive TPE ( thermo-plastic elastomer ) and represents our highest level of resistivity. A red overlay insures against abrasion and prevent the hose marking surfaces. 

Features and benefits:

  • The hose is produced using a hot melt process to provide for no visible weld increasing flexibility and hose service life.
  • The unique hot melt process provides for a smooth interior optimizing airflow, a non directional bias to air flow, and reduced risk of clogging. 
  • The red overlay wear strip adds abrasion resistance, increased hoop strength, and prevents the risk of marking a surface contacted by the hose during application. 
  • Lightweight at .60 pounds per meter.
  • Pair with the 66864 or 43171 dissipative hose ends to provide for a a female 1.50" smooth interior surface for easy application.
