Overview
The QuickClick separator is proven in both domestic and commercial use at capturing dust from the air stream and depositing it into the collection bin. As a result the air that reaches your vacuum is virtually clean of dust and debris saving you on the cost of filter bags, panel filters, and by reducing fine dust extending the life of the vacuum.
 
Features and Benefits
  • These two optional kits combine the QuickClick translucent separator mounted on a five-gallon heavy duty pail with threaded lid fully assembled and ready for use.
  • Included is either the 10 foot (98438) or 16 foot (98427) standard QuickClick hose with five-piece adapter set for mating your separator to power tool dust shrouds for source capture of dust and debris.
  • The QuickClick separator design offers a wide diameter smoothed stream to increase cyclonic separation of fine dust from the air path optimizing the power coming from the vacuums air stream.
  • Exclusive to the QuickClick separator is the inclusion of a baffle plate that increases the effective separation of very fine dust by preventing this dust to be pulled back to the vacuum through the recovery tube.
  • True commercial rubber gaskets ensure a leak proof solution.
  • The base of the separator projects through the bucket lid to provide more stability and assurance to the combined assemblies integrity.
  • The system includes a 5 gallon heavy duty HDPE pail for capturing of the dust and debris.
  •  A heavy-duty threaded lid replaces the typical pry lid making it easier to empty collected debris and assures years of reliable service without risk of damage to the lid.
  • A unique ratchet locking feature ensures the lid will not open should the bin tip during use or why it is being transported.
  • The trademarked QuickClick hose and easy to change TPE adapters are sized to fit the most popular tool dust shrouds. Adapter sizes 0.75"; 1"; 1.25"; 1.5" and 2.25" are included and are easily changed moving from adapter to adapter as necessary to your project.
Compatibility
Cen-Tec's hose is designed to fit all major brands of power tools and work shrouds including Skill Bosch, Ryobi, Makita, Dewalt, Festool. Fein, Cobalt, Porter Cable, Hitachi and Milwaukee Electric. 
 
The separator inlet is designed to fit most hoses that come with major brands of home shop vacuums including Shop Vac, Vacmaster, Ridgid, Craftsman, Dewalt, John Deere, as well as many private brands typical of the 2 ½" vacuum connection.
