Overview:

A Quick Click separator mounted on a five gallon heavy duty debris bin with wheeled trolley, a 1.25" premium commercial grade vacuum hose, five piece Quick Click TPE adapters to connect to dust collection shrouds on power tools, and a 1.50" X 6 foot hose to link from the separator to a commercial wet-dry or dust collection vacuum with supplied related adaptors.

• The separator captures 98% of dust before it gets to your vacuum saving you money of filters and helping extend the life of your vacuum. 
• The Quick Click separator's cyclonic inlet from the dust collection hose and outlet to the vacuum have a 2.25" inner diameter and 2.50" outside diameter complimenting the two most common connection diameters used in dust collection. 
• The separator is mounted on a 5 gallon heavy duty high density polyethylene pail with ratcheting threaded lid.
• The separator is pre-assembled to the lid and the vacuum seal is confirmed making it an immediate plug and play solution. 
• The threaded lid makes it easy to access for emptying and ensures years of reliable use. 
• The separator and pail is mounted on a four caster wheeled trolley allowing smooth, quiet movement over shop or garage floors.
• The four 360 degree casters have a durable urethane overmold to roll silently on all surfaces.
• Two of the casters feature a locking mechanism that can be used when keeping the unit stationary is preferred. 
• A commercial grade 1.25" hose at a length of your choice 10 feet ( 99461 ) ; 16 feet ( 99472 ); 30 feet ( 99483 ) connects from the separator to the five piece Quick Click adapter set connecting to the dust collect shrouds of your power tools. 
• The five piece dust collection set incudes soft TPE adapters measuring .750"; 1.00"; 1.25" and two at 1.50" inner diameter.
• Crush rings are present on the inner diameter of each adapter to increase grip.
• Combined with the soft material each adaptor can be stretched to accommodate the external diameter of dust shrouds up to 20% larger than the indicated diameter of each adaptor. 
• Two 2.25" tank or work station adaptors and one additional 2.63" adaptor are provided to ensure connection with the vacuum , work stations like table saws with a 2.25" inner diameter dust port, and common planers which are often designed to accept a 2.5" inner diameter wire support dust collection hose. 
• A 1.50" X 6 foot commercial grade vacuums hose is included along with the necessary adaptors to connect from your separator to your home wet-dry commercial vacuum and many premium dust collection vacuums like Fein, Festool, Metabo, and Bosch. 
• Wet and dry use compatible.
