I bought this brush for my workshop to replace my Shop-Vac (non-OEM) natural bristle brush. My old brush was of decent quality, but the combination of small air opening and long bristles caused the bristles to fold in on themselves when the vacuum was on, closing up the opening and restricting air flow. I was always having to take the brush off and vacuum it with my wand to remove the accumulated dust/wood chips. The Cen-Tec brush is more oblong, and with shorter bristles keeps the air way open so much better suction/vacuuming action, and the bristles seem soft enough to not damage surfaces such as the wood from the projects I am working on. Quality appears good and I would recommend this brush, especially for the price.
