Looked at quite a few vac systems for my detail business including, Vacumaid, Bissell, Prolux and a few others before settling on The Aeon Vac System. The first thing that caught my eye was the larger 1.5 inch hose verses the others with only 1.25 inches. Ordered the Aeon vac with the 50 foot hose, accessories and quick click separator. Shipping was Excellent, had vac in two days, packing was great. Unpacking and setup no issues with exception of a few things. First canister hose input connection tube missing; phone call to company and part was mailed out that day. The hose hanger was not large enough for the 50 foot hose, I replaced with a ladder hanger bracket from Lowes. Made a few custom adjustments with the bag liner within separator to help keep in place under vacuum. Only other issue was after inserting tools in hose collar as far as possible, during use of tool the hose would come loose and fall off. After consulting with company a recommendation of heating hose collar in warm water, I used and heat gun, then inserting tool fully in collar as a permanent install. Additional collars were sent / supplied for other tools in kit. To change tools the collar is now un-threaded from hose and next tool threaded on. With this application / setup the hose will not come loose from tool heads. Suction is Excellent, enough that suction will lift the fabric on the vehicle seat away from the foam base. (5 Star) Cons: *Hose holder bracket two small, (1 Star) *Hose collar not holding tools without heating and inserting tool fully, (2 Star) *Liner setup in separator, (keeping bag in place under vacuum), (2 Star) (Note on liner: factory has provision for bag install for pressure equalization but found that dirt / debris ended up under liner bag) * Large mesh Bag for tool storage, not practical in my setup, (1 Star) Over All I give the Aeon Vacuum System a 4 Star Rating!
