The 99450 is comprised of a five gallon heavy duty high density polyethylene multi-use pail with threaded lid for easy access and years of reliable service as well as a smooth rolling dolly on four casters for mobility without lifting.

• The pail features a built in handle for easy lifting. 
• A heavy duty threaded lid makes access easy. Unlike pry lids the threaded lid provides years of reliable service.
• The lid to pail connection features a unique ratchet locking system that ensures against unintended spills and safe storage.
• The ratchet system has a release lever to allow the lid to open when desired and stay lock when not. 
• The dolly will support up to 200 pounds of weight and is designed to fit perfectly to the 5 gallon pail using a detail on the pails base matching corresponding channels in the dolly.
• You have the option to permanently connect the pail to the dolly if you so desire. A mounting screw and instructions for a water tight connection are provided with the set. 
• The dolly features four 360 degree swivel casters over molded with polyurethane for a quiet easy roll.
