We have had our Cent-Tec system for many years. It's been very reliable and has a lot of quality. Recently, our hose broke and could not be repaired. I called Cen-Tec to see if they could match a hose to our older power head. The lady who answered was amazing. She asked a couple of questions and told me exactly what hose to order and which wand extension would match our powe head. They match perfectly and we are back in business! Chen-Tec has great products and great customer service!
