Overview
The 99252 static dissipative Quick Click separator is engineered to provide a safe, effective path to ground for discharging any static charge from power tools. This innovative system connects seamlessly through the Quick Click separator and into the Fein Turbo I vacuum, effectively preventing the buildup of static electricity that can lead to user shock. Experience superior performance and safety in your dust management system with the 99252 static dissipative Quick Click separator.
Features and Benefits
-
Molded from static dissipative materials, the Quick Click separator offers surface resistivity of less than 10^8 ohms, ensuring reliable discharge of static charges.
-
It captures an impressive 99% of airborne debris, significantly reducing the volume of particles that reach the Turbo I vacuum.
-
This not only extends the life of your vacuum's filters but also maintains optimal airflow, enhancing overall efficiency.
-
The separator features a smooth air path into the cyclonic separator, minimizing turbulence and maximizing performance.
-
Its unique baffle system is specifically designed to capture fine particulates—those most harmful to health—ensuring cleaner air and longer-lasting filters by preventing clogging.
-
Included is a 1.25" x 16' static dissipative, crushproof hose.
-
Connect easily to power tools using four TPE adapters (sizes: 0.75", 1", 1.25", and 1.5"). The flexible material allows for expansion of up to 15%, accommodating dust shroud features such as barbs for a secure fit.
-
Crush rings inside the adapters provide diameter flexibility and stability, ensuring a strong connection during operation.
-
A durable 1.5" x 6' crush-proof commercial dissipative hose, complete with dissipative ends, extends the grounding connection from the separator to the Turbo I vacuum, ensuring comprehensive static discharge.
-
The Turbo I vacuum itself is a powerful wet-dry model, boasting 150 CFM airflow and 98 inches of water lift, ensuring efficient capture and conveyance of debris from the power tool to the vacuum. It features a well-engineered connection point that integrates heavy-duty commercial cord grounding.
-
For optimal filtration, the Turbo I can be equipped with a multilayer fleece filter bag supported by a cellulose panel filter, effectively preventing particles from escaping back into the exhaust air.
-
Additionally, HEPA H11 filter bags and HEPA panel filters are available for purchase to further enhance filtration performance.
Compatibility
Both the intake from the working hose and out-take to the vacuum accept industry typical 2.25" hose connections. This dimension is often described as 2.5" or 1 7/8" in vacuum literature. Measure the male end of intended hoses to confirm your diameter.
Cen-Tec's hose is designed to fit all major brands of power tools and work shrouds including Skill Bosch, Ryobi, Makita, Dewalt, Festool. Fein, Cobalt, Porter Cable, Hitachi and Milwaukee Electric.
The separator inlet is designed to fit most hoses that come with major brands of home shop vacuums including Shop Vac, Vacmaster, Ridgid, Craftsman, Dewalt, John Deere, as well as many private brands typical of the 2 ½" vacuum connection.
The system comes fully assembled and checked to ensure a leak proof system as it goes directly into service at your location.
