98581 is designed to capture dust and debris from power tools or general cleaning passing it through the Quick Click separator over a 12 gallon heavy duty collection bin and then on to your standard home wet-dry vacuum, commercial vacuum or, wall hung garage vacuum reducing the debris reaching you vacuums collection bin and filters by up to 99%.

The 98581 saves you time and money by capturing the debris before it reaches your vacuum it reduces the use of filter bags, cartridge filters, and or panel filters in your vacuum. It eliminates the number of times you will need to service the filters to maintain optimum airflow. Maintaining air flow through your vacuums motors and protecting them from fine dust can extend the life of your vacuum.

Start with a 1.25" X 16' Quick Click dust collection hose with 5 piece adapters which permit connection to dust shrouds measuring 0.75"; 1"; 1.25"; 1.5" and internal fit 2.25" common on many work stations. The quick change adapters are molded in a soft 55 shore TPE material allowing them to stretch over dust shrouds at larger diameters and hold fast as the tools are put to use.

Debris from the collection hose passes into the Quick Click separator with baffle plate capturing 99% plus of dust and debris collected and depositing it in the 12 gallon collection bin. The unique separator design is very effective in capturing the fine dust that can clog the vacuum filters and present the most significant health risk. For debris which can measure over 0.75" you can use the separator without the baffle and still capture 95% of the fine debris. This often a solution employed when setting up a two stage filtration system using the separator in front of your other dust collection devices. Some employ two separators in series, the first without a baffle for large debris and the second with baffle for the fine particulate. A great solution for contractors doing demolition work before remodeling projects both commercial and domestic.

The heavy duty 12 gallon high density polyethylene collection bin has a ratcheting screw lid that makes it easy to open the bin for debris disposal. The bin has built in handles for easy transport even when full. The screw lid ensures years of reliable service even in commercial use as compared to the typical pry lid system often used with other solutions. Suitable for both wet and dry use the separator and bin solution is ideal for use in disaster recovery or in the commercial workspace clean-up applications. A ratchet release mechanism allowing the lid to spin open ensures the debris bin remains closed during transport.

The collection bin features an adjustable  air relief system to protect your vacuum from a sealed suction condition which can elevate motor temperatures leading to reduced service life. We recommend adjusting the air relief to activate when approaching a 95% sealed suction condition.

A 1.5" X 15 foot commercial crush proof hose can be used to connect from the separator to your standard home wet-dry shop vacuum, commercial vacuum, garage vacuum, or even a central vacuum. Highly flexible and having a smooth interior it optimizes the performance of your vacuum by offering little restriction to air flow. This same hose can be used on the intake side of your vacuum connecting to the full compliment of commercial grade cleaning tools for general shop clean-up or cleaning vehicles.

A two piece commercial vacuum 1.5" s-wand, 14" floor brush, 15" paddle crevice, upholstery tool, and generous fill dusting tool is ideal for cleaning workstations, bench tops, floors, and other surfaces both horizontal and vertical.

Made in America and comes fully assembled. Space requirements roughly 17" X 17" by 35". Usable both wet and dry.
