Overview:
Engineered to address the need for a flexible durable ducting hose compatible with home shop vacuums, 2.25" blast gates, and related equipment to transport dust, fumes, wood chips, shavings, and similar debris.
 
Features and Benefits:
  • 2" X 10-foot clear thermoplastic flexible polyurethane wire supported hose.
  • Polyurethane is recognized a superior hose to traditional PVC construction as it is more abrasion and puncture resistant. Attractive properties in applications where abrasive or splintered material is routinely conveyed such a woodworking, metal working, fiberglass and similar materials are captured from grinding, machining, sanding, sawing or shaping.
  • It is not suitable for recovery of cutting oils or volume water conveyance.
Hose specification: 
  • 2" X 10' clear polyurethane ducting hose.
  • 2 plies of clear thermoplastic poly-urethane with coated spring support. Wire is shielded both inside and out by polyurethane plies.
  • Maximum working pressure at 70 degrees F:   7 PSI.
  • Temperature range:  -40 degrees F to 200 degrees F.
  • Bend radius: 2.25".
  • Vacuum: 20 Hg.
  • Maximum flow 200 CFM.
Additional items included:
  • Two (2) 33-57mm 2.25" stainless bridge clamps.
  • Two (2) 69229 2" to 2.25" ABS adapters designed to fit standard home shop vacuums and many woodworking work stations.
Compatibility
  • Ends are 2" in diameter and included adapters connect to 2.25" connections.
