• 8” upper housing with curved surfaces ensures the debris entering the separator travels freely past the center baffle and smooths the airstream path which minimizes its impact on the performance of the vacuum and raises efficiency
• Designed around industry standard vacuums and hoses to make connecting the separator easy and efficient with minimal need for adapters or duct tape.
• Commercial grade rubber mounting gasket ensures against air leaks that can rob performance

• The separator has a 4” diameter discharge point to the debris recovery bin which helps keep the separator clear of performance robbing clogs.
• When mounted to the lid of the recovery bin you will notice there is a cylinder extending from the 6.5” wide mounting flange that presses through the recovery bin lid to keep the Quick Click separator stable during use and helps ensure a sealed condition.
• Includes an industry exclusive, removable baffle built into the separator to further help prevent small particles from reaching the vacuum stream.
• Kit includes a 1.5" X 8-foot commercial grade vacuum hose with 2.25" adapters suitable for connecting to a home shop vacuum or for general shop clean-up.
• Also included is a 1.25" X 16-foot with QuickClick clip attached.
• Expanded QuickClick adapter set includes 3/4", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2" Power Tool shroud fittings
• Comes with quick click system for connecting to the exhaust port on all major brands of hand held and stationary power tools.
• The hose collar has a clip ring to ensure a secure connection from the hose to the tool.
• The bayonet fittings with ¾”, 1”, 1-1/4”, 1-½” soft TPE fittings are designed to accept and hold exhaust ports
• The fittings are designed to fit the hose internally or externally as demanded by the power tools design.
• Changing from one end fitting to the other takes a few seconds.
• Offers a smooth 360-degree swivel connection to prevent the hose from kinking or restricting movement of the power tool.
