Overview:
The 93136 is a set of three 1.50" cleaning nozzles designed to clean the exterior of round ventialtion duct from 1 foot up 6 foot in outer diameter. The three tools are designed to connect to an extension wand with a 1.50" compression coupling common to the commercial cleaning industry.
Features and Benefits:
- Ventilation systems (HVAC) are often employing visible round ventilation duct in ceilings with exposed mechanicals. This set of tools is designed to address vacuuming of the exterior surface of this duct work.
- The tools match the curve of the duct surface and prevents the cleaning wand from interfering with the duct as one moves higher on the duct surface. To address these unique needs
- A patented double pivot connected to curved surface tools designed for cleaning ventilations duct of 8” in diameter up to 6 feet in diameter.
- The double pivot allows the tool to contact the surface and move up and even over the top of the ventilation duct without interference of the cleaning wand permitting effective cleaning of the complete surface of the duct.
- The tools are designed to use the industry standard ABS compression lock for ensuring the tools will not be subject to unintended separation from the cleaning wand when working overhead or in a vertical plane from an elevated platform.
- Three tools are included a 1.50" X 8"; a 1.50" X 13" ; and a 1.50" X 14" all with the appropriate double pivot adaptor for quichk change.
- All three nozzles feature double nylon brushes to increase suction and optimize air flow.
- All are designed to track the surface of the ventialtion duct to aid in cleaning.
Compatibility:
The three nozzles in the 93136 are designed for use with any of the four adaptor wands present in Cen-Tec Systems Reach cleaning packages both aluminum and carbon fiber.
