Description
Features and Benefits:
  • Allows a 2” commercial vacuum hose to be use with vacuums and accessories with 1.5” connecting points.
  • Molded using 85-90 shore PVC permitting the threads engaging the hose a degree of flexibility accommodating minor variations in the pitch and spacing of the hose corrugations.
  • Designed for the left hand thread pattern typical of spiral wound crushproof hoses and easily engages the hose holding secure against stripping from the hose.
  • The 1.5” female slip end measures 2” in length and as the diameter is smaller than the hose diameter permits a smooth transition for the air flow.
  • Best used at the working end of the hose and is not recommended as a transition point into the vacuum to reduce the risk of clogging or reducing vacuum performance.
Compatibility:
  • The 65401 is designed to thread on to the exterior profile of industry standard 2.0” inner diameter crushproof vacuum hoses with a female slip end measuring 1.5” on the inner diameter.
