Special note please read:
The air operated vacuum has no moving parts and is designed to be intrinsically safe in environments where there is concern about static discharge associated with the recovery of fine particulate. If you are using this vacuum to recover fine powders or any other hazardous material it is imperative the unit is grounded properly. The vacuum is designed for use with hoses and cleaning tools which affect a ground through to the vacuum. Confirmation of proper grounding is the responsibility of the user as is determining suitability of use in application.
Optimum performance requires operation with a 1/2" air pressure line, 90 PSI with an absolute maximum pressure of 100 PSI and 40 input CFM (cubic feet per minute). Exceeding 100 PSI risks collapse of the collection bin.
Air supplied must be clean and dry to avoid contamination that can compromise performance. Empty tank, clean or replace filters on a regular basis. Clogged filters have a negative impact on the vacuum's performance.
Always shut off the air supply and open the air valve to relieve pressure before disconnecting the air pressure line. Failing to observe this procedure can put you at risk of injury.
