- The 61314 is molded using a 85-90 shore PVC permitting the threads engaging the hose a degree of flexibility accommodating minor variations in the pitch and spacing of the hose corrugations.
- The opposing ends of the 61314 are each designed for the left hand thread pattern typical of 2” corrugated commercial crush proof plastic hoses.
- Fitting to the exterior of the hose the 61314 does not restrict the inner diameter of the hoses reducing the risk of blockages or negatively impacting airflow.
Compatibility
The 61314 is designed to thread on to the exterior profile of industry standard a 2” inner diameter crushproof plastic hoses connecting two sections together without impacting the inner diameter of the hose. The 5.5” length of the 61314 is split into two sections with a stop centered in the fitting for ensuring both hoses are well seated in the fitting.
