The 45575 is a chrome steel adapter that can be fitted to a 35092 1.25" hose end or a 61210 1.5" hose end to allow 

the hose to fit to an activate industry common central vacuum or utility inlets having an internal diameter of approximately 1.5" amd low volt contact points. 

The 45575 is compatible with the proprietary, landscape, Nutone inlet.
