The 39338 Rug Rat hand turbine had a 6' cleaning path of 6" and a turbine agitator that utilizes air stream generated by the vacuum to drive a brushed agitator. 

A friction swivel 1.25" (32mm) neck accepts North American standard 1.25" wands and hose ends.
