Overview:
Engineered to address the need for a flexible, durable ducting hose compatible with commercial vacuums, 2.5" blast gates, and related equipment to transport dust, fumes, wood chips and similar debris.
 
Features and Benefits:
  • 2.5" X 10 foot clear flexible thermoplastic urethane wire supported hose.
  • Urethane is recognized as a superior hose material to traditional PVC constructions as it is more abrasion and puncture resistant. Attractive properties in applications where abrasive or splintered material is routinely conveyed such as wood working, metal working, fiberglass, shavings and similar materials are captured from grinding, machining, sanding, sawing, or shaping.
  • It is not suitable for recovery of cutting oils or volume water conveyance.
  • Additional uses: heating & cooling; ventilation, ducting venting, general purpose ducting applications.
Hose Specification: 
  • 2.5" X 10 foot two ply urethane thermoplastic with coated spring wire support. Wire is shield both inside and out by urethane plies.
  • Maximum working pressure at 70 degrees F:  7 PSI.
  • Temperature range:  -40 degrees F to 200 degrees F.
  • Bend radius:  2.5".
  • Vacuum:  20.0 Hg.
  • Maximum flow:   210 CFM.
  • Not recommended for cutting oils and volume water conveyance.
Additional items included:
  • Four (4) 46-70mm (2.75") stainless steel band bridge clamps.
  • Four (4) 46-70mm (2.75") stainless steel band key clamps.
Compatibility:
  • Ends are 2.5" in diameter.
