Overview:

A Quick Click Separator, 12 gallon heavy duty HDPE collection bin with adjustable air relief mounted on a five wheel heavy duty trolley and 10 foot hose and adaptors to connect from the separator to vacuums equipped with a 2.25" or 2.73" entry hose connection. The premium Quick Click separator captures 99% of particulate and drops it into the high volume collection bin resulting in minimal debris reaching the vacuum saving you the expense of costly filters and helping to extend the life of the vacuum. 

Features and benefits:

• The translucent Quick Click separator features the one of a kind baffle which calms the air allowing a high percentage of very fine particulate to drop from the air stream. The fine particulate clogs filters and represents the most harmful debris that can impact on our health. 
• The separator is to be mounted on a threaded heavy duty 12 gallon high density polyethylene HDPE collection pail
• The separator comes with a heavy duty rubber gasket to insure against leakage and keep the separator stable in use. 
• The heavy duty pail lid is threaded and ratcheted for easy access to the collection bin. The ratchet feature insures against the pail opening when not intended for safe storage and transportation to remote work sites. 
• An adjustable air relief is mounted on the pail lid allowing you to allow air flow as necessary to assure against a pail collapse even under sealed or high vacuum conditions associated with restricted air flow. Preserving air flow also helps protect the vacuums motor from over heating due to restricted airflow. 
• The pail is mounted to a heavy duty five wheeled trolley for easy movement The wide foot print insures against tipping as the bin is moved during use. 
• A  1.50" X 10 foot heavy duty commercial vacuum hose is included to make the connection from the separator to your vacuum. Adaptors are included to connect the hose to the return on the separator and vacuums with a 2.25" or 2.73" inner diameter tank opening. 
• The commercial vacuum hose is produced using a one of a kind hot melt process which increases flexibility, durability, and provides for a smooth interior to optimize airflow. 
• The connecting hose permits the separator to be used with major brands of floor sanders and hard floor refinishing systems. 

Compatibility:

The inclusion of the 10 foot connecting hose and related tank ends insures compatibility with all major brands of home shop vacuums including Rigid, craftsman, Dewalt, Vac Master and many others. The tank connectors combined with the air relief allows the system to perform with premium dust collection vacuums including Fein, Starmix, Festool, Bosch, Kobalt, and many other commercial vacuum brands featuring airflow at or above above 120 CFM and 100" of water lift.
