Overview:

Quick Click translucent separator, 5 gallon debris bin, wheeled trolley, and air reliefs to be installed as need to reduce the risk of a collapsed bucket under high vacuum or sustained sealed conditions. The 90533 offers a one of a kind Quick Click dust separator on a wheeled trolley for easy movement along with protection under high vacuum or sustained air flow restriction. A 1.5" and 2" adapter designed to fit to the separator are provided along with all hardware for assembly and finishing.

Features and Benefits:

• The Quick Click separator with one of a kind baffle system captures 98%+ of all dust depositing in the easy to empty 5 gallon collection pail.
• The Quick Click baffle plate is designed to create the necessary calming of the air flow to permit a high percentage of most harmful fine particulate to be captured.
• A dust separator reduces the debris carried to the vacuum saving on the cost of filters. In less than a year the separator is paid for in filter savings alone.
• True commercial grade EPDM gaskets are provided for mounting not the more common die cut foam used on many lower cost alternatives.
• The five gallon collection threaded bin lid uses a ratchet system to insure the lid opens only when desired. Unlike common pry lids the heavy duty threaded lid provides a permanent system not easily subject to damage.
• A wheeled trolley with over molded wheels provide for a quiet roll and easy motion on all floor surfaces.
• Air reliefs are provided that can be easily installed as need to address high performance vacuums protecting the pail from a sealed collapse.
• Easy to use adapters designed to fit male into a 1.5" and 2" hoses.

Compatibility:

Compatible use with all common home shop vacuums like Rigid, Craftsman, Dewalt, and VacMaster.  Suitable for use with dust collection vacuums including Festool, Fein, Starmix, and Bosch.
