Fits inside the Turbo I debris collection bin acting as a semi-permanent filter between the debris collection bin and the panel filter above.
Often used as a low cost alternative to the fleece filter bags in application where the Turbo I is used as a general purpose wet-dry vacuum.
Not recommended for wet use.
Some people use a combination of fleece bags and the permanent filter to afford further protection to the panel filter above from dust exposure increasing panel filter life.
Filtration to 1 micron.
