The 98779 features a 1.5" ratchet telescopic commercial s-wand with ABS compression collar, a 14" wide nylon fill floor brush with bumper, and a 15" wide wide base carpet tool the three most common tools sold with commercial back pack vacuums using 1.5" hose.
The commercial ratchet telescopic s-wand can be adjusted at one inch intervals from the fully collapsed length of 43" to a fully extended length of 58". The wand features a black scratch proof finish which eliminates the risk of rust or blemish preserving the appearance through years of use. The length can be adjusted with one hand permitting on the fly change in the length to application needs where length can impact effective use such as stairs. The ABS compression collar will not rust or corrode and accommodates tools with 1.5" or 1 9/16" neck diameters.
The 14" commercial floor brush has a generous nylon fill. The fill features a window cut to the face to prevent larger debris from being pushed in front of the tool and ensures airflow for capture of debris. A wrap around bumper protects walls and furnishing from damage or marking.
The 15" wide carpet tool is suitable for multi-surface use. The wide base keeps the tool aligned with the floor surface for improved cleaning and allows the tool to move through the sweeping motion with reduced effort. A nylon brush strip grooms carpet surfaces opening the carpet fibers for improved embedded dirt recovery. The brush strip makes this tool ideal for use on walk off mats and the wide base lets the tool clean transition areas along the mats edges. Many customers use this tool on both carpet and hard floor as a single tool solution.
