Overview
The wye adapter 99197 is engineered to enhance the functionality of your standard home shop vacuum, fitting securely into to inlets measuring 2.25 inches in inner diameter. This innovative y-shaped adapter allows you to split the airflow, enabling the use of one or two hoses independently thanks to the ABS plastic blast gates located at each connection point.

- The blast gates permit one side to be open the other to be closed or both to be open for use.

The two blast gates accept 2.25" male connections as found on the standard Quick Click kits.
- Connectiong a 2.5" wire support hose to the blast gate can be accomplished by sliding the hose over the exterior of the blast gate opening and using a band clamp.

Measuring 14" x 14" when installed, the adapter features access points into the blast gates that are centered at 11 inches.

For optimal performance, it is recommended to use a vacuum with a minimum airflow of 120 CFM to effectively maintain debris collection to both sides.
