The 45575 is a chrome steel adaptor that can be fitted to a 35092 1.25" hose end or a 61210 1.50" hose end to allow  the hose to fit to an activate industry common central vacuum or utility inlets having an internal diameter of approximately 1.50" . The 45575 is compatible with the proprietary, landscape, Nutone inlet.
